According to Sisodia, the Delhi government has devised programmes to offer jobs, food, and greater business prospects to individuals who have lost their livelihoods as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak.
For the fiscal year 2021-22, the budget was Rs 69,000 crore. The budget for 2022-23 is 9.86% more than the previous year’s budget. This is the Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) government’s seventh budget in a row.

The budget for 2022-23, according to Sisodia, is a “Rozgar Budget.” He also stated that Delhi’s per capita income is 2.7% more than the national average.
